PATRICK E. MARTIN Patrick E. Martin graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1982, and from Syracuse University College of Law in 1986 with honors. In 1988 Pat joined the firm which was thereafter renamed Hall & Martin. Pat’s extensive expertise and experience in both commercial and residential real estate has earned him a stellar reputation as one of the top real estate lawyers in Central New York. Pat has handled thousands of real estate transactions, including complex commercial development deals. Before joining the firm, Pat worked as a Title Examiner for Monroe Title Insurance Corporation’s Title Insurance Division, giving him a level of detailed experience and knowledge on title work unparalleled in the legal community. It is his commitment to accuracy and detail that separates Pat’s work from so many other attorneys. In recognition of his outstanding abilities, Pat has been selected over his career to work as the closing counsel for a number of banks, including Countrywide Home Loans, GMAC Mortgage Corporation, AVCO Mortgage Company and Sibley Mortgage Corporation. Patrick is also an active member in the community, and is a member of the following: Seneca River North Little League 2003 to date, NYS Bar Association and Onondaga County Bar Association, Onondaga County Real Property Committee, NYS Bar Real Property Section and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Syracuse Habitat for Humanity from 1997 to 2004. |
